The purpose of this mock restaurant menu project was to learn and practice creating react apps, but I ended up spending a considerable amount of time on the design during the process.

I wanted this restaurant menu to have a fancy, classy feel, so I used black and gold colors to give it that premium feel.

When it came time to actually build the site, it unfortunately came out far too large. I believe he problem came in designing on the Figma canvas at half size, then translating exact values from Figma to code. So now I've learned to zoom out to 100% often to make sure I'm getting my proportions correct!

Overall, this was a fun project to work on, and although there are several small things I would change or update, I'm happy with how it turned out.
